Peter Rivera

Peter Rivera

Peter has over 30 years experience leading major projects in a project lead/managerial role. Peter has extensive construction and building science knowledge, and experience negotiating with statutory and historic building authorities. Peter brings the expertise needed to successfully deliver this project, and can draw on his experience from leading the delivery of transformational projects for several local government authorities, Australian Catholic University, the VSBA, Parks Victoria and DHHS.

Peter’s experience and leadership qualities have given him the knowledge and expertise needed to successfully direct his projects at Foursight and guide his fellow employees to strive for excellence by sharing his knowledge with them.

Luccax - Foursight Architects

Luccax Heng

Luccax has worked with clients across workplace, education and retail sectors for over 12 years, delivering small to medium high-end residential, educational and commercial workplace fit-outs. His bilingual and multicultural knowledge is invaluable to today’s industry, and he has demonstrated design excellence across a variety of high-level and complex projects, which combine a sense of intelligent analysis, and careful attention to detail.

He will develop and monitor fee budgets and schedules for the project, coordinating all in-house efforts and assuring appropriate staffing and resource allocations throughout the duration of the project. He will ensure quality control reviews are carried out and will ultimately be responsible for the delivery of the highest-level product within the allotted schedule.

Michael - Foursight Architects

Michael Leong

Michael brings seven years of extensive experience to the field of architecture, serving as a dedicated team leader overseeing multiple programs. With a role that spans across various project types, including educational, accessible upgrades, and residential works, Michael has proven himself adept at navigating diverse challenges and requirements. His leadership ensures the successful execution of projects across all stages, from conception to completion. Michael’s rich experience in running projects reflects his commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Michael finds great fulfilment in his role as a team leader, where he can leverage his expertise to mentor and guide his team towards excellence. Lizeth Mahecha Alvarado

Lizeth Mahecha Alvarado 

Lizeth is a highly experienced architect with nine years of expertise in the field. Her proficiency in Revit software allows her to create sophisticated and detailed architectural designs with precision and efficiency. Having gained valuable overseas experience working in Colombia, Lizeth brings a diverse perspective to her projects, enriched by exposure to different cultures and architectural traditions. Her commitment to delivering projects efficiently and to the highest standards sets her apart as a dedicated professional in the field.

Lizeth’s extensive experience and fluency in Revit enable her to streamline the project delivery process, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality is never compromised. Her overseas experience has broadened her understanding of global architectural practices, enhancing her ability to adapt to diverse project requirements and challenges. Kristen - Foursight Architects

Kristen Georgiou

For Kristen, Architecture combines her love for creativity and all things technical. And she is driven by the prospect of bringing design concepts to reality with a controlled and structured approach. The work of other architects inspires her; pushing boundaries to create unique masterpieces inspires her to tap into her creativity and bring originality into her craft.

Kristen works with our leadership team to create conceptual and schematic designs and detailed working drawings (in Revit). She also works closely with contractors and consultants — presenting reports and updates, visiting building sites and resolving issues that may arise due to site conditions by adapting plans if required.

Phong Pham

Phong is a seasoned architect with five years of extensive experience, serving as a project lead in his field. His collaborative approach involves working closely with clients to understand their objectives thoroughly, ensuring that each project aligns with their vision and goals. With a background in carpentry, Phong possesses a deep understanding of building elements and intricate joinery design details, allowing him to integrate craftsmanship seamlessly into his architectural projects. Furthermore, his specialisation in landscape design adds depth and richness to his work, creating holistic environments that harmonise with their surroundings.

Vinh Loc Nguyen Luong

Loc brings three years of invaluable experience to the realm of architecture, specialising in sustainable design and building performance. Loc has worked closely with Homes Victoria and the VSBA since he was onboard. With a passion for environmentally conscious practices, Loc has developed an in-depth understanding of sustainable architecture principles, integrating them seamlessly into his projects. His expertise extends particularly to commercial projects, with a focus on sustainable architecture.

Jasmine Mai

Jasmine Mai

Jasmine brings three years of rich experience to the field of architecture, marked by a profound dedication to her craft. Her expertise extends beyond traditional architectural realms, encompassing a flair for landscape and playground design. Jasmine works across multiple clients including VSBA, the City of Stonnington, and the City of Merri-bek. Jasmine’s international experience further enriches her perspective, having worked extensively in Vietnam, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable insights into diverse cultural approaches to architecture.

Naila Salcin

Naila Salcin

Naila is a dynamic architect with three years of experience in the field. She holds a Master of Architecture degree from Monash University, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of architectural principles.

Currently serving as a Graduate Architect, Naila has worked closely with the VSBA across multiple programs. Her responsibilities encompass drafting comprehensive documentation, proficient project management, and fostering effective communication with sub-consultants. Her interest in architectural history not only enriches her design approach but also provides valuable insights into contextualising contemporary projects within historical narratives.
